Counselling that just gets you.
THIS IS YOUR SPACE.
Okay, technically it’s our office…
…but at SoulSoothe, we do everything we can to make sure you feel at ease and in control of your experience of therapy.
Located in Saskatoon, our team of highly-trained counsellors and therapists want to create the space you need to put down the heavy life-stuff you’ve been carrying and start to feel like you again: whole, confident, and supported.
A TRAUMA-INFORMED TEAM THAT RESPECTS YOU.
Life can be hard, but feeling respected and heard in therapy shouldn’t be. Our therapists are continually learning the latest research about trauma-informed care, so we can be sure to provide the best support possible in a way that respects where you’ve come from and where you want to go next.
EQUIPPING YOUR WELLBEING “TOOLBOX.”
We get it. Life throws us curve balls, and we don't get to choose which hard things come our way. Our counselling team will help you to stay grounded in reality while growing your "hard things toolbox." We help our clients rediscover mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
We aren’t meant to live life alone.
(You probably already knew that… but we have good news!)
Everyone needs support sometimes (if not literally 24/7), but it’s no huge surprise that it’s not always easy to find the kind of support that actually feels… well, supportive. At SoulSoothe, our counsellors have made it their mission to provide therapy that is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and spiritually-sensitive, meeting you where you are and with an approach that feels supportive to you right now—because you deserve to feel safe and heard (especially with your therapist).
Your therapy. Your time. Your healing.
We’re here for you. Here’s how we can help.
We don’t want to waste your time or money (or your insurance benefits). That’s why we utilize a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed therapy approaches, and we tailor each counselling session to what you need in that moment.
Our team of professionals is trained to provide support in areas like:
WE REALLY ARE HERE FOR YOU. HERE’S WHAT WE MEAN:
We help clients walk through a “coming back together” of themselves, their relationships, and their lives as they integrate mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. Our clients are supported by SoulSoothe staff whom they never have to “mask” around.
The “human” part of therapy should not be ignored. Clients thrive when they are able to connect for in-person counselling in Saskatoon. We also believe that when a client is given the freedom to make choices about their experience of therapy, they are able to remain grounded in reality while growing their “toolbox” in a safe environment with a team they trust.
We are committed to providing proven, evidence-based therapies in ways that respect our clients and their unique journeys. With a spiritually sensitive, client-centred approach, we meet our clients where they are.

Narcissism Through the Lens of IFS Therapy: Compassion and Connection
When we hear the word “narcissism,” many of us picture someone who is self-absorbed, arrogant, or manipulative. Narcissistic behaviour can indeed look like that on the surface, but when we dig deeper—especially from the perspective of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy—we begin to see a more complex story. IFS provides a compassionate framework to understand narcissism, and it also offers tools that friends and family can use to support healthier relationships with those who show narcissistic behaviours.
